How to Join Our Online Fitness Community
If you’re looking for the camaraderie of group workouts but find it challenging to attend in person, you’re in the right place. Our online sessions offer the perfect solution, allowing you to join with just a few clicks and enjoy the shared journey with others.
The convenience of participating from anywhere means you can stay committed to your fitness goals without compromising your schedule.
FRIDAYS - (6:30 AM - 7:15 AM)
Our first group will be starting on the 18th of October 2024, with a maximum of 5 participants per group to ensure personalized attention. To secure your spot, sign up and pay for your first session in advance.
Here's what you can expect:

✓Optional: Customized Workout Program Design Plan (£15/month for 3 months)
